Your data: what’s different
On both plans we store your data securely and never sell it. The difference is who may use it, and for what.
Individuals
We do not sell your conversations, and we store them securely. On individual accounts, conversations may be used to improve the service, including analytics and model training.
So please do not enter confidential information, such as details of a client’s case. Use an organization account for that kind of work.
How we protect organization data
- No training on your data
Conversations, files and documents are never used to train models.
- Kept separate for each organization
Your data is separated from other organizations at the database level. Other customers can never see it.
- Encrypted in storage and in transit
Materials are encrypted on our servers and whenever they are sent.
- Staff access only at your request
KviriaAI staff do not open your materials unless you ask us to — for example, for support.
The AI models run on Google Cloud. Under Google’s terms, it does not use customer data to train its models.
