1. The service

KviriaAI is an artificial intelligence assistant for questions about Georgian law. The service is provided by Kviria AI LLC (identification number 440402574).

2. Not legal advice

KviriaAI provides legal information and research assistance. It is not individual legal advice and does not replace an attorney or lawyer.

Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or incomplete information. Before an important decision, check the cited source and, if needed, consult a lawyer.

3. Accounts

You can create a personal account with your email or your Google account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for actions taken with it. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us immediately.

Organization accounts are created under a separate agreement with the organization. That agreement applies together with these terms and prevails in case of conflict.

4. Free questions and payment

Personal accounts include 3 free questions a day. If we introduce paid additional questions, you will see the price before paying, and nothing is charged without your consent.

Pricing and payment terms for organizations are set by agreement with the organization.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes; enter other people’s personal data without the right to process it; circumvent the free allowance or other limits; use the service through automated bulk access, copy it or attempt to reverse-engineer it; or interfere with the service or other users.

If these rules are broken, we may restrict or suspend the account.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to the text you enter and the material you upload. You allow us to process this content to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

On personal accounts, content may be used to improve the service, including model training. Organization content is not used for this purpose.

You are responsible for having the right to share the material you enter or upload.

7. Our rights

The KviriaAI software, design and name belong to us. Laws and court decisions come from public sources, and we claim no ownership over them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, add or discontinue features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Georgian law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or decisions based solely on a KviriaAI answer. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Closing an account

You can close your account at any time. We may close or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are heard by the courts of Georgia.
